Mighway has a Liability Insurance with $1,000,000 to protect against third party claims, and a Comprehensive Collision, Theft, and Fire Damage Program in place to protect your RV while it's away from home, being used by Guests or being managed by Mighway.
If your vehicle is damaged by a Guest while they're using it, the Owners' Guarantee ensures that your RV will be fixed even if the damage is not covered by this program.
This is what sets Mighway apart from other rental operators, giving you the confidence to rent out your RV for Guests to enjoy.
The Mighway Owners' Guarantee ensures your vehicle will be returned and repaired to you undamaged. If it is uneconomical for us to repair your RV, or your RV is stolen and remains uncovered for more than 30 days, you will receive a cash payment equal to the current market value of your RV.
If Mighway incurs costs for damage to your vehicle, due the actions or omissions of a Guest that break the terms of the Guest Damage Program, Mighway has the right to pursue the guest to recover these costs. If your vehicle is repaired or you receive a cash payment under the Owners' Guarantee, you agree to support Mighway in legal action against the Guest to recover costs. This might include making sworn statements, appearing in court, and other reasonable actions should they be required.
The Mighway Owners' Guarantee does not protect your vehicle in the case of normal wear and tear.
If damage to your vehicle by a Guest is unable to be repaired in time for your vehicle’s next booking, Mighway is NOT responsible for the income you would have received from this next booking, UNLESS you have purchased our Mighway Owners' Guarantee Income Protection upgrade at least 5 days prior to the damage happening.
