Dave has worked in travel and tourism for 20 years in many countries around the world. For the past 8 years, Dave has been based back in his home country of New Zealand working in a Senior Management role for Air New Zealand and Les Mills International. After a brief break from the tourism industry, Dave jumped at the opportunity to lead an exciting new start-up business that will show case New Zealand, and enable people to explore the country in the best possible way – cruising in a motorhome.

Jason has 10 years experience in digital marketing with 7 years in the travel & tourism industry. After spending some time in the accommodation sector and 3 years within the airline industry at Air New Zealand’s grabaseat, Jason has decided to expand his travel industry knowledge by joining mighway. Jason is passionate about travel and is excited to help make motorhome travel more accessible to people, connecting vehicle owners with travellers from all over the world.
Digital Marketing Executive
With a passion for travel and adventure, Sonia recently joined the team in April 2016 looking for a new challenge. Sonia comes with over 3 years of experience in the travel industry continuously producing new social, blog, and video content for more diverse advertising/re-marketing opportunities, greater brand awareness, & search engine optimisation. In her spare time, she enjoy’s chasing waterfalls, checking out Auckland’s eateries and on the odd occasion, devouring on some wicked wings.

Rachel is fresh out of her BA at the University of Auckland. She's tasked with executing our global SEO strategy, and writing all the things. In her spare time, Rachel is often cooking, reading, utilising superfluously convoluted words from her English major, boring people with random facts from her History major, or binging Netflix originals.
Jihye has over 5 years experience in software development and UX. Jihye comes from diverse backgrounds and roles, from a start-up founder to contractor to digital nomad in Bali. Jihye joins Mighway to lead the front-end development and UX of the Mighway consumer facing sites and make it world class. Jihye is passionate about travel and new experiences; in her spare time she is often found playing jazz piano, drawing cartoons, playing indie games or backpacking through South East Asia.

Andrew has an absolute passion for design and is a recent graduate from AUT, studying a Bachelor of Communications, Majoring in Digital Media. Andrew has joined the team as a Product & Brand design intern and will be assisting with the UI/UX aspects of the Mighway platform and is excited to create a better experience for our users. In his free time, he loves to play games, over-analyse films, and explore nature.

Karl is an adventurous traveller with over 12 years of sales and management experience across a diverse background in a range of industries and roles. As the Head of Market Development, he is focused on growing the Mighway owner community and building partnerships within the travel and tourism industry.

Coming to 40 years of experience, much passion for people, music and movement, Issac brings a wide range of skills to our Mighway Owner Community. Issac’s vast experience covers bringing people together, marketing and food technology in both New Zealand and Israel. This is where those elements take shape for owners to embrace Mighway as a new experience. Issac enjoys a mix of yoga, coffee catch ups and DJing in his free time.

Sarah has 6 years experience in Sales and Marketing and 5 years experience in Banking. Inspired by people, nature, sports and travels, Sarah naturally started working in the Tourism Industry 2 years ago and has joined the Mighway team in January 2017. As Business development and Partnership Manager, Sarah is excited about growing the Mighway owner community focusing on the US market. In her free time, Sarah enjoys hiking, body boarding, diving, playing Capoeira and catching up with friends.

Luke is from the UK and brings 10 years of experience within Sales, Events, and Tourism. As Business Development Manager, he is passionate about growing the Mighway platform in the USA as well as here in New Zealand. In his free time, Luke enjoys traveling, music, cups of tea and his beloved Swindon Town FC.
Head of Service Delivery
Lucy joined Mighway in April, as Head of Service Delivery. She manages the Customer Experience team and will be your first point of contact to help with bookings. Lucy has come from Operational and Service Delivery roles with Air New Zealand and All Blacks Tours, therefore brings strong operational strength to Mighway.
Customer Experience Specialist
Michael comes to Mighway with a background in service coordination and a knowledge of the insurance industry. A BA in Music and DipGrad in Psychology marries his two great loves through qualification, while a quest for novelty (and a taste for Irish literature) led to a year in Ireland and a leisurely ramble through Europe and India.

Rhy is from Australia and has worked in the tourism industry off and on for the past ten years, four of which have been with thl in the workshop and Customer Service. He brings his passion for the outdoors and adventure to his Customer Experience role at Mighway, and is here to help you make the most of your trip. In his spare time, Rhy’s outside doing anything from sailing, swimming, deep sea fishing, caving, 4x4ing, camping or diving.

As a full stack developer, Laura has a passion for front end technologies and comes with over 9 years experience in her field. Laura has worked for Findly & Aspex Consulting and saw Mighway as a new opportunity to bring creativity to a start-up environment. As a traveller, she is keen to learn more about tourism industry as well. In her spare time, you’ll find her gaming, rock climbing and hanging with her dog, Jackson, and two cats.
Alex spent most of his career working for big companies like QBE Insurance and Vista Entertainment providing a reliable backbone for market domination. But given the opportunity to start something new he happily jumped on board with the amazing mighway team to build innovative products using bleeding edge technologies.
With over 8 years of experience in QA, Facundo has had the opportunity to test all kinds of software, from mobile and console gaming, to point of sale software, and tons of other apps. He’ll make sure to break our website, so that it’s working smoothly by the time you get your hands on it! In his free time, Facundo is a Paladin of Athena, trying to protect the world of Pyralet in his weekly D&D session (and slowly learning the ropes of becoming a Dungeon Master!)
Maia is writing an automation test suite so while the automation is breaking the website for her and maintaining our platform’s stability, she can show everyone pictures of Doge. In her spare time, Maia likes to read, game, binge-watch anime, and look at pictures of Doge.

Adam has an unrelenting passion for all facets of software engineering and is proficient across our entire technology stack; from developing engaging user interfaces to manipulating data and APIs. Outside of work Adam enjoys exploring nature and competitive PC gaming.

As a full stack developer Chris lends his skills to help build the Mighway platform. With 10 years of experience he has seen a variety of workplace styles and technology stacks, these experiences have prepared him well for working at Mighway. Outside of work he loves going to the beach, going on bush-walks and very often enjoys PC and console gaming.
US Operations Manager
Aldie was born in Belgium, travelled to the US in 1997 and loved it so much that he moved there the next year to start working as a tour guide for camping adventure tours during summer months and Divemaster in the Caribbean in winter. Eventually working up to management positions at two different camping adventure tour companies. In 2006 he shifted over to the motorhome rental industry, working in Northern California as Branch Manager of the Road Bear RV San Francisco branch and as Procurement Specialist. When Mighway decided to venture into the US and needed someone to fill the US Operations Manager position Aldie was very excited to jump on board and to become part of the Mighway team starting April 2017.
Health & Wellbeing Officer
Jackson is an 11 year old West Highland X dog and Mighways’ unofficial office mascot. In his spare time he likes to walk in the park and play with his soft toys. He is excited about his new role where he’ll be providing cuddles and helping to promote an environment of creativity and fun.
