Labour Weekend 21 Oct - 23 Oct
This upcoming Labour Weekend is a great excuse to getaway on an easy long weekend trip! Spring should be in full bloom and there will be lots to see and do in some nice mild weather. Bring the kids or get together a group of mates and go looking for all the best bits this country has to offer!
Taking a motorhome or caravan around is an awesome to experience the natural wonders of NZ, as well as the unique local culture. Staying at campgrounds or Top 10 holiday parks is all part of the fun! You get to know the community as well as other travellers, and there's nothing quite like sitting outside your own private motorhome watching the sunset.
We've picked out a few vehicles around Auckland and Christchurch for you to have a look at that would be great for a small group, as well as some handy articles from our blog to give you a hand planning your long weekend holiday. Don't forget to check the map for places of interest and spots to stay.

We used Mighway for a long weekend getaway and had an incredible experience. The gentleman who coordinated the RV was courteous, helpful and answered all of our (many) questions. The technology was very cool and easy to use and understand. I highly recommend this service - easy, fun and very reasonably priced! We will definitely do this again.
Explore the West Coast
The West Coast is a truly extraordinary place. What makes this area a spectacular place to visit is its scant population and its offering of stunning scenery from breathtaking glaciers, primitive forests and sparkling beaches all the while mostly isolated from the rest of the South Island. If you have a passion for nature then this three-day tour is for you.
New Zealand is your premier travel destination for the holidays and an exciting place for the locals. This upcoming holiday, Labour Day, there is a wide range of fun and interesting events taking place besides the usual sightseeing to be done all across the country. Lots of these events are on all spring if you can't getaway for Labour Weekend.
